For International Women’s Day 2019, AnalogFolk wanted to create a digital activity which could offer lasting impact.
We discovered that women were struggling to feel comfortable with self-promotion. In fact, we are four times more likely to talk ourselves down.
In the space of two weeks, we concepted, developed and launched in BETA BigUp.AI: a tool which uses Microsoft LUIS natural language processing to encourage us find the words to own our strengths across our CVs, bios and cover letters.
Since launch, BigUp.AI has picked up numerous accolades and an overwhelmingly positive response from its users.

Phase 2.0
In 2020, with the pandemic exacerbating the confidence crisis and women being one of the groups most affected by unemployment and burnout, we relaunched with BigUp.AI Phase 2.0: a more intelligent AI, a more personalised experience, and a fresh brand identity.
We reached out to women everywhere with an awareness campaign which tapped into the current climate.
